OUR STORY

Where I’m from in Queens, New York, And where I have gone it's the same saying everywhere in the world "you haven’t had barbecue until you’ve had our barbecue". It’s a matter of regional & National pride, just as much a cultural and social phenomenon as a culinary tradition. I travel the world and tasted some of the best BBQ in the world, and i am here to bring you what i have learned and tasted.

People all over the world take the same pride in their barbecue. What is it about cooking over a smoldering pit that brings out the best in people? It's called "Confort Food"!!!
